The clouds are splendid in this and radiate outnicely from the structure on the headland. The drab colours in the FG detract from the beauty of the sky and the sea, and cropping out the lower quarter to leave a sliver of land might be an idea to think on. It looks mighty steep at the edge but I am so tempted to get closer.
The black and white does well to highlight the features of her face and bring out the character and how hard life tells on the people of the mountains. If you could combine this with the subdued contrast and darker BG of the colour version it will take away the bright area to the upper right and keep some of the detail in her hair.
The setting sun has produced a lovely glow to the huts and the surface of the pavement. The line of the huts and the edge of the promenade converge nicely on the figures walking out of the scene at the end of the day, adding to the solitary feel of the boy sitting alone. If I'd wish for one thing it would be that the boy were sitting a few huts closer to the front of the frame to give him a little more dominance.
The sky adds to the surreal effect that you have already created with the processing.
