I have tried this shot myself and found the you need a lot of colours to make the reflections work, also the rim of the wheel makes a good distorted effect and you can get different colours on the spokes. Try spinning the wheel with a slow shutter speed as this give a great effect if you can get it to reflect of something, I used glass and a black background and it worked well, have a try.

Thank you for posting shot settings,
I think that the entire hub from left to right should be in focus, right now the left is starting to blur. using a smaller aperture would allow the entire hub to be in focus. an even smaller aperture and the spokes on the left could be in focus, but you may need to use a tripod.
as for composition I would change location a bit to change the reflection to be more identifiable as another car. possibly showing the wheel.
