This is a nice and simple shot. It still has bags of interest though, particularly if you're spanish! I like the slight blur on the flag that accentuates movement.
I've uploaded a mod. All I've done is crop the shot to put the flag pole to the left of the composition. I also slightly straightened the flag pole by rotating the image slightly. To finish, I gave the curves a slight S shape to boos the contrast.
