Hi,

I decided to get up early and head off to Curbar Edge in the Derbyshire Peak District to see if there was a chance of capturing a sunrise. Well that never happened but this image made it worth going.

Taken from Curbar Edge looking towards Baslow Edge.

Take care
Martin

Very atmospheric, Martin. The strip of warmth contrasts with the blue tones so well.

A misty cool image with just a hint of warmth above the horizon: bet your fingers and toes were frozen for this one.
Ronnie.

That's a fabulous inversion Martin, love the strip of Salmon pink cutting through the blue.

Incidentally, this is looking towards Baslow Edge, Martin - Froggat is behind you!!!

Hi Paul,

Thanks for reading the description, I meant to put Baslow and I've altered it now. I walked down to Froggatt stone circle which I must admit was a little bit of a let down. I think I'll try again next week for a sunrise.

Thank's again Paul, take care

Martin
