This picture is great!
I find when taking pictures of ladies in broad rim hats the fill in flash skill is "King"'. This picture would "Pop" with it!
If you have not done so learn to use that fill in flash so skillful that it would be hard for the most skillful photographer critique to even notice it.( I am still trying to get there!)
(Fill-in flash just throws a reduced bit of light under those hats to luminate those beautiful faces.)

Somebody told me that the "Eyes are the soul of the picture" hence one it's important to have everyones attention looking towards you.
Other photographers will come along side you or other distraction will cause the bridel party look away from your camera.
Have a loud kind commanding voice that demands their attention.
