The contrast between the bright f/g blooms and the darker tree trunks makes this shot for me, Michaela, so I feel you managed to find a very suitable viewpoint for your composition: and V 2 is also a fine spring image with the daffodils, narcissism and buttercups.......it's the sort of shot where I might find myself looking for a square format crop.

I like the darker tree trunks, Michaela, they seem to emphasise the brighter flowers, but I also like the scene without a sky. Half a vote each.. Grin

I like the rising diagonal of the path and the distant horizon. The contrast between the delicate stems of the fg flowers with the solid trunks of the trees behind them is very good. No people to spoil the image either!Smile
