Firstly, welcome to EPZ. Here are my honest thoughts - The lighting and eye contact work well. There are however a few things let it down, the hand looks to be doing nothing and would probably be better placed flat, the material is torn which looks a little tatty and draws the eye from the face, the back of the dress at the very top is also distracting. I know it sounds critical but the little details can make a very good photo into a great one

Thank you! I prefer the tattered look (of the material) actually.. and I felt that placing the hand flat would be WAY too 'posed' although I do have SEVERAL other shots in this particular setting. I do agree about the material being distracting ... Thank you
