Never seen one of these before, I had to check it up on the internet. There is a pair of these on the Mere in Scarborough. Quite like the protuberance on it's head and the brown line of feathers down it's neck. Had to clone out a metal fence, cropped and sharpened using CS2.
All tips and comments appreciated.

Worth a click for a great capture of this rare beauty although I think that the head is a touch out of focus? Don't hold it against me for mentioning it. LOL :-(
