Taken at Blyth up on the North East coast on New Years day.
A paint box of beach huts.
An excellent composition, Mavis, and I love your presentation. Carol
Great and colourful capture,
Brilliant placing and gorgeous colours.
Well composed and very good.
very nice comp
Great shot.... Wonderful colours!
Hi Mavis, looks like that walk blew away all the christmas cobwebs, good one, regards gray.
Hi Mavis love the colours and comp in this - HNY to both you and Alan - Ina
Such simple pleasures.
Well composed image. Love the colour and a great place to visit. HNY and all the best in 2012 to you and the family.............Sandy
Yes it works well Mavis. A little bit different from the others I have seen. Good thinking.
Spot on composition.
Great composition here and like the walkers with the dog Mavis
Well good , really like the idea of the walkers coloured jacket walking into the frame of coloured huts !
Another New Year over with Mavis, but I still feel in need of a ''hair of the dog'' and not too walk the dog.Wonder what this year will bring ? Not looking too promising with a warning that in future Scotland is to have a lot stronger winds than we have had in the past. And off course we have all the usual doom and gloom about the economy and lack of jobs.Don't suppose it will bother me however as I have no money and do not work anymore.I won £50 pound on one of these scratch cards so perhaps it could be my turn to win the 5 million on the lottery this year.I am fed up with folk saying it is too much for one person. The time my friends and family get their handouts, there will be next to nothing left for me.I think I will probably not tell anyone and keep it all to myself. When these strong winds they predict arrive I can hop on a plane to warmer climes.Trouble with that is my wife and daughter will want to come too,so I will have to tell them about my win.I will just have to come down to London for the Olympics instead. No problem there as they both hate sport and would not want to come anyway. No point in me thinking about it anyway as I have no chance of winning the lottery.I have as much chance of that, than of me getting an EPZ Guest Editors spot.I admit I would be a bit biased with that one.Anything with a bit of rust on it would be getting an award from me.Reckon the forums would be red hot with that one.Anyway, hope you have a happy and prosperous year, and no doubt I will see plenty of jiggery pokery from you. That is unless I win the lottery and I will get my jiggery pokery elsewhere from a cold, wet and windy Scotland !!
Really like the composition here - very nice. Also, your processing of the image is excellent.
A Happy New Year to you
A splendid seaside scene, such lovely colours and comp. Be careful of what you wish for Mick I may have to start a campaign to get you a Guest Editors slot, I'm sure i'd have no problem in getting some other epzers' to add their signatures as you are a legendary character on here!
