A European Robin (Erithacus rubecula) taken in a momentary unusual and amusing pose in the garden last Sunday, against the background of red foliage of our Japanese acer shrub, whose leaves are now lying in a heap on the ground Sad
This is a full frame capture, composed in-camera and taken 5.4m from subject, tripod.

Thank you all for your C&Cs on my last upload, with a special thank you to Mike(Greyheron) for his User UA and to Phillip(PhillipMinnis) for the GEA - all highly appreciated and valued Smile

A beautiful and unusual pose for a robin, here anyway. Our robins are not nearly as cute as yours. ......Sandy
