I like the composition, but I think its a bit over-exposed (too much detail lost in the highlights - needs burning in on the coat) and Im not a big fan of the selective colour/bw thing (on the eyes - for me it detracts from what otherwise could be a very striking bw image. I might have cropped the right-side a tiny bit though. Sorry, I must be in a very picky mood!

Selective colour used to great effect here, as good as it gets for me. A fine head of this Ram and the little tickle of colour delights the eye.
