This goes very nicely with your other pictures of Castle Cornet from this slipway. Obviously a popular subject for photographers, but I've got to say, Mike, your images from here knock the socks off any other I've seen (certainly mine!). Also goes to show you don't need dramatic light to make good photos. The dark overcast sky works really well.

My favourite bit? The touch of pink light reflecting on the cobbles.

Cheers everyone. The pink light reflecting on the cobbles was thanks to the rain as the wash from the rising tide hadn't reached that point yet.

I really like this Mike but I cant decide whether the white upstand running horizontally adds or detracts from the strength of the image.
