A child with cerebral thrombosis and a 50/50 chance of survival in a hospital for abandoned children in Bucharest in 2000.
From a series sponsored by FujiFilm which takes a positive look at the impact of aid and the determination of the Romanian people to re-build their country.
For me this shoot held terrible heart break one moment, and the most amazing inspirational highs the next.
