I'm retired, very very young,(grin)
I have been a member of The Wakefield Camera Club for some 12 months now and sadly I still have much to learn.
I ride a bike and like to combine this with taking photos so it generally takes me some time to get anywhere.
Idealy I like to take pictures of birds but failing that anything that catches my eye.
I have recently bought a Nikon D80 and an 80-400 Nikon lens, so I am hopeing to see some improvement.
(Thats what they said at school 50 years ago, they were unlucky too.)
I have been to the Gambia a couple of times, specifically to shoot birds.
I am hopeing to visit Goa early in 2007, again to photograph birds, but before spending 10 hours on an airliner I would like to be sure it will work for me, so to anyone who has been and done it, I would appreciate some info.
