This landscape photo was taken on the cycle route from Symonds Yat to Monmouth whilst having a refreshing break.
The colours of the rape field, the stream flowing through the field, the young lambs grazing and the lovely blue cloudy sky is what took my attention.
I have tweaked the levels, saturation and sharpness slightly in photoshop.

Its a lovely scene and nice comp. I think what doesn't quite work is the lack of shadows, I think anyway, something seems a bit wrong, with a sky as clear and bright I think there should be shadows from the sheep and more contrast in the foreground somehow. Hope this makes sense. Nice image thoughSmile
