Was asked to help at a charity function and managed to aquire the use of a White Helmets Motorcycle (it was on their camp) and used a green felt cloth (or Blue as needed), simple photoshop colour select and then an action to feather, reverse selection, copy and paste on to other document that was the flames. The flames were painted using a set of brushes (search for obsidiandawn). First time doing something like this, it proved to be popular and I just want to let others know how easy it was. Also added a bit of motion blur to the wheel - yes there really is that much travel on the forks - hence big gap between wheel and mudguard.
