Dave, this is really lovely taken and composed portrait, incredible eye contact and beautiful smile. If I may suggest something.. I'd try to give it a go with some more tweaking, because it's really well worth it. The spot of light behind her left eye seem a tad too bright to me (if it's just my monitor just ignore me lol), I'd also cool the temperature down slightly, especially for the eyes and the teeth, to bring them out more. The rest look spot on to me.
