Another photo of my friend lying on the floor of a childrens playground... I'm interested to see if people prefer this composition more than the last one (which unfortunately had her hand missed off!). I have darkened the image to make the background more space-like!

Cool hair!
Perhaps it would be better if the background was darker still, to me it doesn't look really black.

Cool shot, love her hair. Interesting pose. Just got me wondering where the chalk outline has got to Wink

Interesting this Mark because they show how a relatively small difference in the subject can make a huge difference to the photograph. This one has a rather frightening (not the right word..) feel as it implies that she has fallen and we are looking at a corpse in a playground. The previous shot (because you can see her face and the pose is more as if she is "flying" through the planets and stars) is a fun shot.
Very different and both very worthwhile. Haven't come across your portfolio before and you've got some interesting work there.

I didn't make the corpse connection - I think there's a tension in the left leg that suggests a pose. I think the elements are better balanced in this shot, and the colours are strong. I really like it.

much prefer this one

Thanks guys... I'm not sure which I prefer, probably the first one: although this one is better balanced I prefer my friend's pose in the first one.
