I think this is a nice shot and I like the way you've used the shape of the grass bank to create a kind of lead in to the image. (I'm not expressing myself very well but I'm sure you now what I mean!)
For me the light is a little flat, though and I think the composition could be tightened up a bit to have more of the interesting bits and less of the rather featureless water. Imagine the same shot with sunlight breaking through the clouds just before sunset and skimming over that lovely grass. If you wanted, you might also be able to use a longer shutter speed to capture some movement in the grass. A longer exposure time would also have the effect of smoothing out the water and might help enhance any reflections of the sky.
Just some ideas...it's a nice shot as it is but worth having another go I'd say. Hope this helps,

I'm no authority on landscapes but as you've put this up for critique, I'll have a go anyway!
As Eumaeus has said, it's quite flat and I think that the left hand side lets the shot down slightly. The grass at that side doesn't really add anything and the land in the distance, curving around as it does, gives the (mistaken) impression that the horizon's crooked.
I've uploaded a mod. in which I've applied an "S" curve to increase the contrast and generally "lift" it a bit. I've also made some adjustments using the "highlights/shadows" tool which livened up the grasses and the water a bit but left me with an unbelievably blue sky!
So I modified that in isolation and desaturated it to a slightly more realistic level, then re-attached it.
It's still a bit over the top but hopefully, you'll get the idea!
