This is the second flush of this new rose, with more to come, hopefully. Decided on a mono alternative, hope you like it.
Start of a new week, and month. A month full of memories for me.
As perfect as you could ever wish in a rose.
Looks good in mono too Peter.
Great capture of beautiful rose , like both versions....
The mono is good but a shame to hide the lovely colour in this beautiful rose. - gary
Shows the spiral of the petals well in Mono but love the colour.
The yellow is perfectly done-- the petals look like piped frosting!
Colour for me please...
A delightful floral capture with a wonderful glow.
Peter,very balanced capture of flower,lovely.
Gotta be colour Peter to show off its magnificence can almost smell the fragrance.
perfectly formed and captured Peter it has to be colour
It's simply an eye full of stunning colour and shape!
Delicate and strong in the same picture.
(Only the colour for me).
Another beauty Peter, excellent.
A yellow rose Peter for golden wedding memory.
It's got to be colour version
Hope you are ok Patricia
Excellent capture Peter, V1 for me
It appears you have more roses in your garden Peter than my entire town.. this one is another beauty.. and perhaps the most charming i have seen so far..
V1 for me Peter, please, beautiful rose,
Has to be v1 with it's glorious colour!! Just beautiful!
Wonderful image Peter, I like both versions for different reasons, you don't make it easy for us. Truly lovely.
A perfect shape with magic colour. Well done Peter.
Prefer the colour version.
A beautiful rose and a beautiful capture, Peter - just has to be colour for me though

I like how you put that
The arrangement of the petals in the centre here is sooo amazing. You've captured it incredibly well here, Peter.
I find myself unable to have a favourite here. That buttery yellow is quite yummy BUT the mono really celebrates the pattern in the petals.
Flushed with success with the colour one here Peter !!
Beautiful rose in this lovely capture Peter - definitely the colour version for me.
That glorious colour shouldn't be hidden.
beautiful rose. great processing
Another of your fabulous roses Peter, the yellow is sublime.
Colour every time for me Peter especially with roses.
The colour version is so beautiful and not a single blemish.
(I hope you have very happy memories that do not make you feel too sad over your loss)
Beautiful rose Peter, colour every time when you have such wonderful
roses.. Happy memories.
A touch of the William Wallaces in the title
I do like the mono Peter but prefer the colour
Thinking of you and hope ok.
I prefer the colour version in this well captured, vibrant image Peter.
Fabulous shape, I've not seen that before.
Nicely done mono, but the colour is the winner for me.
I do like the mono, but I am glad that you showed us it's lovely colour in v1.
A beauty of a rose captured at it's very best and in a natural setting: love that whorl of petal structure.
A very fine rose shot, Peter.
