Taken on Southport Pier in August ... the overcast day made the colourful deck chairs stand out and the brisk wind caught the fabric of the chairs making them an interesting focal point. Having taken the image the mono conversion looked slightly more interesting. ND Grad Cokin filter used to add impact in the sky aea.

The composition is spot on, nice tonal range and you have captured the feeling of a grey day at the seaside very well.
