I know you're not all keen on these hand painted (Photoshop actually)
but I quite like them for cards.
Many thanks for vs & cs on "10,000 saw I at a Glance".
Have a good week ahead.
Re: tripod-- I always use a tripod or a beanbag-- the Peeking image was taken lying down on the ground, camera on a beanbag-- Hope this helps!
Crisp capture with beautiful colours, I would prefer a dark vignette as the eye is drawn to the lightest part.
They are a very pretty colour.Nice clean image ,great for a card
Simply lovely Kate
Lovely color and composition, Kate.
A lovely image Kate
A lovely presentation, Kate, such beautiful spring flowers. Carol
It does look good Kate, but the outside is very bright and takes the image over...John
Makes an excellent card, Kate. I'm not sure how you applied the effect but if it could be reduced slightly on the top. bottom and sides but kept as is in the corners it wouldn't clip the petals as much.
Yes Kate a lovely one for a card, but I feel the same with the outside of your image,it's a little bit too light.
I hope you dont mind me telling you this Kate
I must admit the light border isnot for me... But you must know my work by now...and it is on the dark side
Beautifully presented. Love it. paul
A lovely image, Kate!
A super image Kate
I just like what you have done with this Kate. - gary
Great image and presentation, Kate, are they anenomes?
Well presented image here .
a good take well worked.
good colours and detail Kate the border is not for me
Happy New Week
I think vignetting can be quite effective with this sort of shot, Kate, but for me this is a wee bit OTT and in your face.
My preference would be for a darker vignette colour, possibly even black, allowing the eye to concentrate on the lovely flowers.
I like this presentation a lot. Well done Kate.
A beautifully crisp and fresh floral composition with a wonderful splash of colour Kate.
beautiful colours and capture, a darker vignette colour IMHO would have worked well
A lovely image, Kate, and I am going to go against the mainstream regarding your vignette. at first I agreed, but then I looked at it in a different way, and the impression I get, is a beautiful bunch of anemones, that are in a patch shade protected from the strong sun ... Carol
