I know you're not all keen on these hand painted (Photoshop actually)
but I quite like them for cards.
Many thanks for vs & cs on "10,000 saw I at a Glance".
Have a good week ahead.

Crisp capture with beautiful colours, I would prefer a dark vignette as the eye is drawn to the lightest part.

It does look good Kate, but the outside is very bright and takes the image over...John

Makes an excellent card, Kate. I'm not sure how you applied the effect but if it could be reduced slightly on the top. bottom and sides but kept as is in the corners it wouldn't clip the petals as much.

I think vignetting can be quite effective with this sort of shot, Kate, but for me this is a wee bit OTT and in your face.
My preference would be for a darker vignette colour, possibly even black, allowing the eye to concentrate on the lovely flowers.
Ronnie.

A lovely image, Kate, and I am going to go against the mainstream regarding your vignette. at first I agreed, but then I looked at it in a different way, and the impression I get, is a beautiful bunch of anemones, that are in a patch shade protected from the strong sun ... Carol Grin
