These are photographs of carnation flowers petal.
I have taken apart and have scattered the petals over a craft light box.
The light box has been used as a light source under the petals.
I have taken my macro photograph.
By using the light box it gave me light and shade under and over the petals when capturing in macro.
I have then coloured the images with photoshop elements 10 using the Gradient Tool.
I have polar coordinated some of the images to give them a different view point.
Some have also been spherized to give them more shape.
I hope you like my experiment.
