Not the best image, but I finally caught a Bee; this one I believe to be a bumble bee............. I can tell you are impressed with my knowledge Grin Well, I knew it was a bee, my mate made the distinction between bumble bees and honey bees.

Again, as you may have guessed, I have no idea as to what flowers this guy is hanging around on, but they were tiny, beautifully delicate.

First a great big thank you to Carol [Caziwinkles] for her generous UA............... I am so chuffed!!!

Thank you all for the help and advice you are so generously offering and for taking the time to view my humble offerings.

Have a great Monday.

Tish

I prefer No. 2 for the same reason as Colleen but for me your pink background is overly dominant.

More top images here Tish - loving both of them. The flower the bees are on is a Saxifrage Urbium - it is a member of the 'London Pride' flower family!!
The pink background - hmm - sunglasses at the ready!! Tongue

Two very nicely captured images Tish, do you have a noise reduction programme? V1 just needs a tad of noise reduction, v2 is great, I love the way you have caught the blurred motion of its wings too... Well done.

Good morning Tish, nice image and crop, these are hard to get a good image of without a good macro lens, but you have done well with the 55mm lens.
Regards, Alf.

I do have a noise reduction programme, and what's more I can click on the automatic settings for it [don't delve into the other bit too much]. Thank you for the compliment about the blurred motion of the wings............. if only I could take the credit, it really was more luck that judgement.

Love the mod, thank you.
