i like the angle of this shot nice colour well caught.
looking closer in the larger version it looks, to me, that the branch tip is in focus and the robins head and eyes are not? other than that (which is more a personal preference i guess) i think its a great capture esp as its handheld!
had a quick look through your portfolio, you've some great shots of birds. look forward to seeing more.

the end of that twigs colour is almost the same as the bark now....crakin' little Robin

Mo, I just love these colours among all the other fine aspects of this shot.
BTW, you just made me laugh about the gull shot... I just got a new camera and lens and am amazed at what I can now shoot.
I don't get bored with good robin shots and this one is very good. Lovely colours and good composition to this.
