Worked on this photo again after all the tips I recieved. Huge thank you to ArnieG who basically showed me step by step how to improve the upload images.

Well worth going back to, this is a much more pleasing photo. Well done here.
I'm pretty new to this as well, and some constructive critisism and a few pointers are certainly going to help..

Lovely shot of the dene, I have wanted to take the same one for a while but it was always too overgrown, they have obviously cut it all back.

It is much better than your first upload, it's good to see the site has helped you. Nice shot. Michael

great improvment good colour and composition
when working in p/s with water in the photo be carefull not to burn out the white detail in the water
slight burn out under the bridge
