Perhaps a tighter crop would help to remove the girl on the right and the bloke on the left

How about making a selection aroun, and under, the eyes, feather by 25, adjustment layer- levels and bring the right slider in. Just an idea. or make selection as above then adjustment layer - curves and push the line up a little.

Still think f10 is too small and the gel is too dominate - I would start with one light and experiment with that. Use the histogram (if your camera has one) or a lightmeter to get a better exposure. There's a noticeable shadow under her left eye and image lacks any 'umph' due to the flat lighting. Hope that helps.
