Hi, Everyone.
Thank you to all of you for your C&Cs on my last upload.
To brighten up a grey winters day, I thought you my like this pretty bright purple flower I found at Birmingham's Botanic Garden back in October.
I am sorry I do not know what it is, perhaps someone can tell me it's name.
As always all your comments will be much appreciated.

Beautiful flower close-up - glorious colours and light. The detail is pin-sharp and I love the shadowscast by the stamens. Wish I could provide an ID.

The point of focus, depth of field and the shadows give this a real 3D feel, lovely macro.
