I had been going to spare you more Jubilee uploads, but I do like this batch. Nearly a week ago already...
V1 is ear-marked for the town's 2013 calendar;
V2 – Spam in the kitchen;
V3 – The Ovingham Players;
V4 - The Dragon Tale Theatre Group; Wendy (the Queen of Hearts) will be carrying the Olympic Torch through the town next weekend;
V5 to V8 – Pretty well self-explanatory, I think..
V9 – What's the collective noun? A vocation of priests?
V10 – Songs of Praise in the open air;
V11 – Going home; this one is now in the Beeb's Jubilee Gallery at number 9, see here.
V12 – The last of my Majesty series – real life presents such interesting juxtapositions.
Incidentally I asked for parents' permission to photograph the children, mentioning that pictures might be published (quite a few of these have gone to the sponsors' PR people); nobody objected. The world isn't quite as mad as some folk make out.
Thanks for looking,
Moira

A very colourful and extremely varied set of images documenting the occasion, all are so quintessentially British and a number typify the British sense of humour
