Fabulous image. This immediately reminded me of the Third Circle of Hell in Dante's Inferno, where sinners are subjected to constant icy rain. The movement from right to left of course conveys sadness, regrets, melancholy.
(I do know that's not what is intended here but it's how it works for me!)

A rather transfixing image, which instantly draws you into the sodden falls. A rather difficult image to capture perfectly, as the light often bounces around like 'Ian Jury' on a 'Pogo Stick'. "I think it may lend itself very well to a monochrome makeover?"
