Beautifully seen, and wonderfully well caught - jsut the right moment.

And I can't begin to guess at the work you've put into the background, fading everything out except the water round the horses' hooves.

That's the only problem, really - the transition from the water to the rest, which keeps drawing my eye. Would it be better to have blurred and greyed this part, too? Or to accept a possibly-distracting background? Probably the former - but you may have been aiming for this effect, a bit like a pottery statue, with a little bit of ground for hte pieces to stand on...

I like the shot too but agree with Dudler. The transition is too harsh. Maybe a gradual blurring from the bottom to approx half way up the horses leg. Paul
