Last year whilst traveling through Nevada i had to pop back to the grand canyon, this time armed with an SLR.
with my new found knowledge of exposure bracketing i made sure i had enough detail to grab a nice image.
about 6:30 in the morning, waiting for the balance between the bright sun and the early morning mist lifting.

Thanks everyone, i will post a link to the full version, as it really does this photo justice, there is so much details to look at.
When converting to such a small size, everything can look over done, and i agree with Sheff, the sky does look a bit "fake" with the black edging in the clouds. but i'm pleased with the result all the same
