Looks good to me! I like the way the depth of field has left the sand slightly blurred but still letting you know it's sand.

Why can't I find women like this, is it the beaches I visit (Bridlington in November!).

I love it, the reflection of the sun off the waves. The surfer seems to come out more as you look at it.
OK the lighting may be a problem, but to get something out of it excellent. Better lighting would have ruined it for me!
