I did a double take on the statue at first, then realized what it was. Good use of juxtaposition, nice street shot. Has a universal feel to it this one.

Thank you so much to everyone. The statue is called 'The Old Man of Paris', and is modelled on a gentleman who frequented the streets of Havana in the 60s and 70s, and who masqueraded as a Parisian, but who was Cuban through and through. He was a genuinely fine character, according to legend and so is suitably commemorated in bronze. It's considered lucky to stroke his beard or hand - hence the polished sheen.
