Have a great lover of the creatures in our oceans so think this is great.
Hope the bad weather is not affecting you yet!!

dude, it's huge. Georgia Aquarium opened on November 23rd as the Worlds Largest Aquarium. With 8 million gallons of fresh and marine water, and more than 100,000 animals representing 500 species from around the globe. i would call that a big fishbowl... thanks. no bad weather this far south, but my wife is near DC this week. hope she can get back!

Manta rays aren't they? Amazing they can keep them in captivity. I dread to think what size the filter system would have to be for this kind of set up! LOL!

Whilst browsing I happened upon your extraordinary portfolio! You have an amazing style, especially in the way you create unusual textures over skin. I find that very original Artistic thinking indeed.

I must admit, I did think this was underwater photography at first - but then I suppose it is! The title suits this image very well. Those manta rays do indeed look like jets doing a "fly-by". It's amazing how some are even swimming in formation too, thus adding to the imagery. This is a clever shot.

Closer inspection also conveys an abstract quality with triangular shapes appearing throughout this composition. I would really love to see a large version of this picture, as my eye feels drawn into the distance and can just about make out the rocky terrain leading deep into the unknown.

Aquariums are well known for promoting relaxation. That feeling certainly comes across in this image too. It is very soothing to look at, with those lovely blue tones and the fish floating past like leaves in the wind. I like this shot. It is very well photographed and has many beautiful tones. I also love the sunlight shining through the water on the left side. That gives this image a very natural feel.

This is a very well captured image and I must view more of your intriguing Artwork.
