about to get tired of the checkered floor, but it is so inspiring that a million ideas come into my head.
please comment regarding dislikes/ changes to help me perfect the image. thanks-
great shot..knew this was yours...excellent work. some imagination on you!
Very very different .... not sure why but I do like this ..... it is a strange image ... but .... h'mmmmm ... lol .. I just like it is all I can say! Click*
I like the tiled floor series.
very well manipulated, i always wanted to do the chequered board thing but not got round to it yet.
Agree with Karen...very strange...but I like it!! Very nice job!
good unusual work
Very creative. -= Walter
Really like this, great manipulation.
wonderful, very artistic.well done
Like this very different.
Excellent work, very well done!
You have a wierd imagination, Michael but it does produce some outstanding shots!
Good work, great image.
Amazing work as usual Michael. What an imagination you have. Superb - and such great technique.
Mad, but brilliant..many congrats on another EC
If I'm being really picky... the light on the heron is coming from top left, light on the pot is from the front, light on the case is front right - if the shadows agreed I think it would "gel" better
Congrats on the EC too!
Excellent, can't fault it in any way.
The Shed Man
Inspired. Congratulations on the EC. K.
Excellent image .
Certainly inspiring stuff. I'd love to get inside your head for a look - amazing creativeness. Congrats on another stunner.
A real cracker. Congrats on the awards.
Yet another masterpiece Michael and congratulations on the EC mate.
Brilliant work as always and always an insperation to us all.
Another stunner, and congrats on the EC.
fantastic piece of work
Congrats on the EC dude, it's a worthy image. I would say though that your chess board floor might be being overused a bit now.
Check out the floor of The black lodge in David Lynch's Twin Peaks. Now there's a floor ;o)
very well put together, cracking peice of work
thank you all very much, thanks pete- and thanks mattmatic for the constructive, i totally agree. there are several things i have noticed since posting it to correct. i know it is getting over-exploited rab, but i love the background and it makes me think of so many things i'd like to do with it.
Very impressive work here!
I think the heron and the plants sticking out from the birdcage could use some more shadows on them. besides that a great image.
Fabulous, you have an amazing portfolio, I must spend the day there some time!
Wonderful echo from the bird shape to the flowers. Excellent as usual. Sorry I've not been around to comment recently - but you are in my favourites!
it's dark and empty in there lauren... lol
Really like the repeat shapes with the bird and the flowers - well thought out and well put together. Congratulations on your EC
Brilliant work - love it.
congratulations on the EC, totally deserved for an excellent image - i love your surreal style and can always recognise new work you upload.
great depth to the image and good lighting - i agree about the lighting around the pot and heron but personally don't think it spoils the look of the image.
keep up the great work - look forward to seeing your next stuff =)
peter "morpyre" turner
thanks y'all. peter- i've already corrected the print version, and made corrections to the shadows. i like getting comments that help refine the images.
Well done Michael - a pleasure to view
All been said.
Just perfect ...!!!
Great, great, great!!!!!11
I love the way the : "Aves del Paraiso" "Birds of the paradise"(flowers) thas is how we call them in South America are trying to be real birds and the real bird is trying to be a flower, very ironic, like real life but in a surreal piece of Art great work!
Superb and different! Well worthy of EC
Interesting artistic concept!
I have begun to run out of comments on this website,I thought I was good till I saw the standards set..Fantastic image..what fertilizer did you use to grow the stork?
