I wanted to create an old post card look to this one, the pump gave me the idea at the time of taking the image, it gave a different foreground to the distance of the harbour and the light on the harbour walls.

Many thanks for the kind comments and the user awards on my previous image from this lovely location. I was thrilled with the response and it will be a dificult one to follow, so thought best to try something completely different.....


Been a busy week, with Zak having hurt his paw, lots of love is needed for my big baby who is now wearing a red bandage.....

The image is timeless and therefore lends itself nicely to the treatment you have given it. The old pump is an excellent main element, Linda, with a lot of interest in itself alone.
