I like the natural overall tones and textures of the wood and rock, Nazmul. The panda looks very relaxed. Not an easy animal to photograph becaue of the extreme contrast of black and white. The light wasn't in your favour, so the whites got blown on the panda's head and it has also produced a blue cast to your photo. Compositionally, you have done well, but will need to learn how to adjust your exposure and use white balance for a shot like this. Since the animal is at rest, it wouldn't have been any good waiting for it to move out of the strong light. However, it's worth remembring that in future.
