This was taken through glass at the London Aquarium. The jelyyfish are lit by a changing artificial light, and it's very dark. I used ISO 3200 and still only got 1/45s @ f/2.8!
It's very soporific to watch them as they drift slowly undulating across the tank.

Jellyfish fascinate me! No brain, no heart, yet they move and seem to have purpose. You've caught them well, especially through thick glass with bad lighting.
