This rather handsome fella was a bonus find whilst out and about spending a few hours indulging in a cream tea, at the wonderful Doddington Place. I spotted him high on a large gate post as we drove into the grounds. He did have a leather tether on his legs, but as for his origin I know very little. With a little research I found out that he was an Eagle Owl. Hope you enjoy.

Thank you for all your comments regarding my somewhat indifferent Self Portrait, and a big thank you to Willie, for taking the time to produce a modification, which I must say I really like. I do not know what happened regarding the votes being disabled, but hey ho that's me for you....
