Description

Yesterday was a rather full on day, with trying to monitor every message on my computer regarding our 'Good Friend' abroad. Thanks you all for all your kind words, and comments regards not just our friend abroad but you're overwhelming generosity. I must say I am somewhat shattered to say the least, but hey ho.. Anyway back to this rather unusual composite. When I feel the need for comfort, I often turn to the Bible or find a selections of Poems, which when read quietly often provide be with either some form of inner calmness or inspiration. As my dear wife was closing the curtains for the evening she saw a rather cute looking Barn Owl perched upon our garden fence. Clearly I would never have the time or opportunity to capture this beautiful bird, however I did manage to have a play in Photoshop, and come up with my interpretation of what she had seen only moments before. I added the words of William Blake just to balance out the image an provide me with that much needed lift.
