About Me

I am semi professional photographer based in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire.

I grew up in a small farming village in Kent, but at the age of 16 decided to join the army to see the world. I joined the Corps of Royal Engineers (later transferring to The Royal Logistic Corps) and served a full career of 23 years leaving as a Warrant Officer Class 1 (Regimental Sergeant Major). In 1998 I was awarded the MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in recognition of his achievements and for assisting the HRH Prince of Wales Office following the death of HRH Diana Princesses of Wales.

During my time in the military, my hobby was photography and my travels enabled me to take pictures wherever I served.

On retirement from the military, I undertook employment in logistics first as a General Manager and later as a Company Director. My passion for photography continued and I took my camera with me wherever I travelled.
