It's a shame, isn't it - it happens everywhere.. happens a lot round here (south Northants, and very rural) too - the Council were very good at removing the last lot when someone dumped several black plastic bin bags of asbestos

Yes, even here in Oz, we do get verge recycle that gets rid of such alot.
What interests me, is that what I think they are 'Catkins' in the tree.????
