Last week-end went to Criccieth on my bike,and had to go for a cup of tea and a cake ,sitting at the table and this is the view I had.
It's Harlech,and that's Harlsch Castle you can see.If you wanted to go to Harlech from Criccieth it would be around 15 miles by car,and going across the sea would be around 4 miles.I know it's not a good photo ,but what I liked about it is the size of the fields ,they are so tiny and they all have a dry stone wall around I should imagine.

Lovely shot. Is that where that little toll bridge across the estuary is? if yes then I have been across it once! They are little fields aren't they!! I love the stone walls in the fields. It makes you think of all the work that goes into making them!!

The patch work of fields is lovely.
Maybe you'll get back there to get some close up of those fields and walls.
