Hi all,
Just got back from a stint in a VERY wet Scotland, and boy was it wet
. While the rest of the UK was basking in glorious sunshine
for two weeks we were in wall to wall rain that just never stopped, that is except for the day that I took this shot on the dock of Inverary.
Sorry I haven't been around for a while again, but I've had a few things happening, mostly not good, so I didn't really feel like uploading, but I'm back to normal now.
I will try and catch up with you all today, but please forgive me if it takes a day or so.
Hope you are all well and not too sunburnt ![]()

Beautiful reflections in a satisfyingly grotty water surface, contrasting with clean, clear light. Good to see you around, sorry you've had a tough patch.

Sorry to read your write up
no sunburn here .....
And do love this wonderful image
Hi Annette, good to see you posting again, I hope that all your troubles have been settled and you are back to normal very soon.
This is a lovely image - I took one similar a couple of years ago when we were there. It's a lovely little town - did you go into the prison?

Good to see you uploading again Annette, a great image to herald your return
The wonderful painterly quality to this just makes it pure magic. The low light with its subtle tones just tremendous..Jo
