Hi Ian, yes lovely place Antigua. Called there on a Caribbean cruise some years ago. Pity you did not have a ND grad on, as the sun is way too bright.

I've done you a mod Ian, in PS. I sampled the yellows and added 2 new layers and painted in some shades of yellow to try and bring down the intensity of the white. Well, it's another angle on the image, so hope you like it.

Agreed an ND would have been perfect but at the time I had only recently returned to photography following retirement so only had basic kit.
In fact the carribean cruise was a present for my retirement will definetly being going back, but not Jamaica felt very unsafe, so hopefully more time on photos with better kit just got to get the wife out working overtime to pay for the tripWink
Come to think of it go on my own even more time for photos in between the rums Tongue

You will do a better job next time Im sure.

Theres a lot of noise in the sky, though you havent loaded any exif data, it may be high ISO. or some post processing you may have done.

Youve left a white line at the right of the image from cropping, - only seen against a dark background.

It can be cropped to remove some of the top, and to deal with the Sun you can copy some clouds over it as in the mod. - its not difficult if you have some basic Photoshop skills.

A nice scene.

Regards

Willie
