When you come to the peak, one things for sure and that is the weather is pretty inconsistant and unpredictable. regulars know that you need a backup plan if the sun dosnt shine .the solution is a refreshing coffee at Grindleford station and dive into Padley for some water shots of Burbage brook, love it or hate it, its a great place to grab a last min shot before you come home,

Brilliant shot Phil. Have walked there many times. It's a beautiful place, excellently captured.
I've never been there, but it seems to be popular spot, this Padley Gorge...it's easy to see why. Nice one, Phil.

what a shot, sorry i missed you all i was there but not at 5-45, i might have seen you all but not sure as i dont no anybody, ive got a few pics myself, no where near as good as this one great shot, last time i was there a few days ago, nearly fell in the stream and belive it it was a freezing day, not a good day to do it lol
Wonderful composition! The texture of the moving water is great, and the leaves add a nice dash of colour.
