we went to Lincoln today to see the steampunks in force. it was a wonderful day, so many pictures to process, emails to send, names to find in my book.

this was one of the first shots of the day of a rather stylish lady whos name is recorded but not yet retrieved. (since confirmed Lou)

it was also one that needed little processing so we can start with this and i may upload a few more later

it was especially nice to meet Alleycatz and Chase two lovely and gifted epzters whos work i appreciate. they didnt want to start a new click clique though Grin

Four great images. Steampunk is kind of fascinating and very interesting costumes.
The lady is very good looking and what a great outfit.
Full marks to the 'old' fella in V2 for being game enough to join in such an event.

Hi Phil, nice to meet you yesterday, albeit brief Wink
You have coped with the very harsh light well here, love her hat.I would have just liked to have seen a wee bit more of her right eye in V1 though.Maybe a slightly lower angle would have helped with that.So with the hat at a jaunty angle I prefer V3 which gives a couple of nice diagonals in the frame.
