Hi folks.
I have had a fabulous response to me last 2 uploads, the first more than the second. Thank you all.
I decided to go for a cleaner shot this time. I have de cluttered the background, there sre some struts and stuff on show. (See Viva La Diva to see what was there). I have also found this lovely expression on Katherines face, so thought I would try one more.
I have lots more images from the concert, I dont think any more shots will come to EPZ though, as they are all small variations of the same thing. I may find one more, but thats to be confirmed.
As always, any and all feedback is welcome.
Thank you all, have a great day.
Anthony
Techi stuff - 50mm lens, f.5.6, 125th sec, 250 ISO, manual settings, metered of the top spotlight, and composed. The original shot had some of the orchestra in view, so I just cropped them out.
Hope this helps.

This is a fantastic shot Anthony, the sharpness and clarity is superb. I have been trying some of this stuff recently (see my recent uploads) but could not achieve your success due to low level lighting. I found your 'techie stuff' very useful!
Shortlisted.

Thank you Tony, im really pleased you got something useful out of this.
I actually found my first batch of shots, were over exposing, but couldnt work out why. I twigged in the end. I started metering off the conductors white coat, and eventually the spot light.
I set the camera up manually, and off I went. Instant improvement.
best of luck, will have a peek at your pics.
